1. Introduction

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to maintain one and only one cb777b account. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any third party.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb777b's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cb777b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from a player's gambling activity on the platform.

• cb777b does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may affect service availability.
• cb777b shall not be liable for any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• cb777b is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

12. Privacy & Data

13. Suspension & Termination

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent not otherwise resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.

15. Amendments to These Terms
